BURLINGAME — The Osage County Sheriff’s Department has identified a Scranton family as the victims of a one-vehicle accident near Burlingame Sunday afternoon. They are 36-year-old Troy Smith, 36, Kamala Smith, 36, and Kayla Smith, 7, Scranton. The sheriff’s office said the Smiths were trapped in the vehicle which crashed in the 7200 block of West 125th Street north of Burlingame. Burlingame firefighters, assisted by Harveyville firefighters, had to cut them out of the vehicle. The sheriff’s department says Troy Smith was flown by helicopter to an area hospital and Kamala and Kayla Smith were taken to hospitals by ambulance.
