OTTAWA — Ottawa attorney John Boyd has been appointed to the Ottawa Planning Commission. City commissioners interviewed him Monday. He will succeed banker Ed York. Boyd is a member of Green, Finch and Covington law firm. Commissioners also reappointed Ruthanne Wasko to the planning commission.
