OTTAWA — Ottawa police said they caught an Ottawa man red-handed Friday night. Police said he then got heavy-handed. Police said they arrested Charles Grissim, 22, for burglarizing a vehicle in the 800 block of South Hickory. He was then booked into the jail for resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer.
