OTTAWA — Work will begin Monday on K-68 in front of the new campus of Neosho County Community College. The highway will ben widened, a turn lane at the campus entrance and new sidewalks on the south side of the highway, said Wynndee Lee, city planning and codes director. Hours of work will generally be 7 to 7 monday through Saturday, she said. The project is anticipated to be complete in late July before the fall semester begins. Traffic control measures, including signage and barriers, will be installed Friday.
