OTTAWA — A young teenager’s attempt to scare an Ottawa woman succeeded. The 23-year-old woman told police that a 14-year-old boy was trying to scare her and fell through a plate glass window of a downtown business in the 300 block of South Main Street late Wednesday night. At the minimum, the teen will likely face a charge of violating curfew.
