OTTAWA- Work on K-68 in front of the new campus of Neosho County Community College has been delayed. Workers were expected to begin setting up traffic barriers this weekend with construction to begin Monday. Now, work is expected to begin sometime next week. The project will widen the highway, add a turn lane at the campus entrance and new sidewalks on the south end of the highway. Hours of construction will generally be 7 to 7 Monday through Saturday.
