OTTAWA — A LaHarpe man was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital following an accident Thursday at Old Highway 59 and Sand Creek Road north of Ottawa. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Charles Haas, 69, collided with Twilla Eisele, 70, Wellsville.
