OTTAWA — A fire Sunday night heavily damaged an apartment house at 604 S. Cedar.
Assistant Fire Chief Richard Oglesby said three apartments were in the structure. There were no injuries, he said. There was no immediate information on the cause or extent of damage but the Ottawa Fire Department and the Kansas State Fire Marshal’s office is investigating.
