OTTAWA — The city says traffic controls are going into place on K-68 in front of the new Neosho County Community College campus this morning. Road work will begin this afternoon and continue through the next month. The improvements will include turn lanes in front of the main entrance to the college, widening of the road for the turn lanes, and sidewalks on the south side of the road. Hours of work will generally be 7 to 7, Monday through Saturday.
