OTTAWA — The work on K-68 at the new Neosho County Community College campus has been delayed. City planning director Wynndee Lee said the contractor notified her that work didn’t begin Wednesday as planned. Some traffic barriers have been installed at the site but work will begin within a week. The highway will be widened and turn lanes added at the college and a sidewalk will be built on the south side of the highway.
