OTTAWA- June is men’s health month and Kansas State Research and Extension Agent Diane Burnett said that men can do many things to improve their health. Those things include increasing physical activity, improving nutritional quality in the diet, and to pay attention to warning signs the body gives. All of those are important, but Burnett said that at the top of the list is getting regular check ups as she reported that
men are half as likely as women to schedule regular appointments.
