ANDERSON COUNTY – Anderson County’s Sheriff Scot Brownrigg, who recently announced his resignation, has appointed an undersheriff. Jeff Hupp of Richmond was appointed on Wednesday. Hupp is a member of the Richmond City Council and is retired from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
