TOPEKA- Flooding along the Missouri River has caused Governor bBrownback to request a Federal Emergency Declaration for affected counties. Impacted counties include Doniphan, Atchison, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte. With rising waters, Brownback wants to ensure all possible resources are available for the affected areas.
