OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said a 23-year-old Ottawa man rolled his truck at the I-35 off-ramp onto U.S. 59 Sunday afternoon. The initial report said the driver, Russell Root, received some injuries from the accident but there was no immediate indication that he was treated or taken to a hospital.
