OTTAWA — A 38-year-old Rantoul woman was booked into the Franklin County jail Friday on suspicion of child endangerment and damage to property. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said Verda Ledom was involved in an argument with a 46-year-old Rantoul man. The sheriff’s office said that during the argument, she threw a rock at a van and broke a rear window.
