OTTAWA — Ransom Memorial Hospital will move some offices in its hospital clinic to the Franklin County Annex. A renovation project is underway at the annex and the offices should be moved into the annex in two to three months, said hospital CEO Larry Felix. The annex offices could include four physicians, with the neurology, podiatry, occupational medicine and bariatrics offices to be moved to the annex.
