TOPEKA- It’s a new month and new traffic laws are in effect as of today. Included in those laws is a higher speed limit for select highways across the state of Kansas. The new 75 mph cap will affect I-35 from U.S. 50 just east of Emporia to a mile east of the Sunflower/Edgerton exchange. For a detailed list of highways affected by the change, visit www.ksdot.Org
