GARNETT- Bids for the new elementary school in USD 365 came in last week, and as projected by the Nabolz Construction Management Firm, the project should cost just under 11.5 million dollars. Superintendent Don Blume said the bid falls well within the scope of the project. The project is currently forecast to be complete in time for the August 2012 school year. With most of the utilities installed for the project, earth work could begin as soon as this week.
