ANDERSON COUNTY- Anderson County has a new sheriff in town. Jeff Hupp, the recently appointed undersheriff, was just voted in as sheriff by Anderson County Democrats. Hupp will be replacing Sheriff Scot Brownrigg, who announced his resignation just weeks ago. Brownrigg had just selected Hupp as undersheriff last week. Hupp is a retired KBI agent from Richmond.
