OTTAWA — Ottawa police alerted the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Thursday that there were several county signs attached to a fence in the 400 block of West Ninth Street. The sheriff’s office said one of the signs was a Georgia Road sign and was taken back to the public works department. The other signs were held as recovered property.
