OSAWATOMIE — The retired superintendent of Osawatomie State Hospital has been named interim city manager for Osawatomie. Don Jordan has also served as secretary of the Kansas Social and Rehabilitation Services. He begins Wednesday. Jordan takes over from former city manager Bret Glendenning. The Osawatomie Journal reported that the city council hopes to have a permanent manager by August.
