LAWRENCE — No charges will be filed in a freak accident that killed a Lyndon woman on K-10 near Lawrence May 31, District Attorney Charles Branson told the Lawrence Journal-World. A chunk of metal fell off a trailer pulled by a truck driven by Nicholas Rockhold, 20, Baldwin City, and went through a windshield of an SUV and killed Cindy Burnett, 47, Lyndon.
