OTTAWA — The Ottawa police received reports of crimes involving parked vehicles Tuesday. Police said vandals damaged a car in the 1000 block of Cottonwood and a car parked in the 600 block of South Burroughs. Police said they booked Cody Weien, 19, Ottawa, on suspicion of damage to property in connection with the incident on South Burroughs. Police also said a vehicle parked in the 700 block of South Locust was burglarized.
