OTTAWA-Fair festivities are in full swing in Franklin and Osage Counties. Richmond and Osage Cities are both hosting their fans this weekend and they will end on Saturday night. 4-H Agent Jo Ellen Arnold previewed the kinds of activities scheduled for Ottawa’s pre-fair.
“The Ottawa pre-fair will have the horse show on the 9th on Saturday, as well as the the cat and pet show that evening, and then the dog show will be on the tenth,” Arnold said. “You know, just lots of fair things happening.”
