OTTAWA- Ottawa University has officially named the new School of Education’s dean. David Barnes has accepted the position to propel the new program into one that is nationally recognized. Barnes hails from Arizona Christian University where he served as executive vice president and founding dean of the School of Adult Learning. Taking on this new position adds on to work Barnes has done with O-U in the past, working with the university in a number of positions from 1999-2004. Barnes will do his work out of the university’s Phoenix location.
