BURLINGAME- A Burlingame elementary school teacher is surrendering his teaching license. Andrew L. Crook was convicted of charges including burglary, stalking, and eavesdropping involving a fellow teacher. The state’s Professional Practices Commission, made up of teachers, principals, and administrators, say Crook’s actions makes him unfit for his profession. The Commission recommends that the Kansas State Board of Education make the revocation of Crook’s license official during its meeting next week.
