OTTAWA — Ottawa police are investigating three theft reports they received Monday. A 33-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone stole her financial card. A 31-year-old Williamsburg woman reported her purse was stolen from the 500 block of South Main Street. A 47-year-old Pomona woman reported her purse was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 500 block of East Third Street.
