OTTAWA — A Colorado man ended up in the Franklin County jail late last week on suspicion of vehicle burglary, suspicion of theft and driving without a driver’s license. Police said Kenneth Null, 31, Westminister, Colo., was arrested in the 2300 block of South Cedar.
