OSAWATOMIE — The Osawatomie downtown business Electronically Speaking will close in August. Owner Curtis Gibson told the Osawatomie Journal that the business income and store traffic has been dropping ever since the flood of 2007. The business has been in business nearly 40 years, including as Radio Shack and Dish Network.
