OTTAWA — The Ottawa school board will skip the meeting for next Monday night. But it won’t be a free shot. Instead, the board will spend Saturday, July 30, in a retreat from 8 a.m. to noon at the board office, Supt. Dean Katt said. The board will review goals, receive an update on student achievement and testing, and discuss organizational matters, he said.
