KANSAS CITY — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ battle against the flooding Missouri River is going high tech. Col. Tony Hofmann, Kansas City District commander, said there’s more to the district’s Web site — Google Earth files, aerial reconn maps and detailed maps of the flooding, as well as links to YouTube, Twitter and other links. The Corps Web site is www.nwk.usace.army.mil.
