OTTAWA — Kay Douthat, 42, Ottawa, backed out of her driveway in the 1100 block of South Cedar Street and struck a vehicle driven by Nadine Graber, 41, Ottawa, Monday morning, Ottawa police said. A passenger in Graber’s vehicle was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital for examination of back pain, police said. They also took Graber to the jail because she was wanted by Coffey County. Police ticketed Douthat.
