TOPEKA — Most of the Kansas Department of Transportation’s Web sites and phone lines will be down because of computer and electrical maintenance Wednesday morning from 8 to noon and this weekend. People can still access KDOT’s travel information site, www.kandrive.org, during Wednesday’s shutdown, but other sites including, www.ksdot.org, the 511 web site, http://511.ksdot.org, won’t be accessible or updated and www.kandrive.org will be off-line Saturday.
