OTTAWA — A 29-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail on suspicion of kidnapping, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property following a domestic dispute in the 600 block of North Locust Tuesday. Ottawa police identified him as Justin Husted. Ottawa police said the dispute involved a 32-year-old Ottawa woman.
