OTTAWA–Did you ever dream of having money setting around somewhere that you didn’t even know about? You may be in luck, but you need to check with the Franklin County Treasurer. County Treasurer Debbie Hough says she has just received from the Kansas Treasurer a list 128 pages long with Franklin County residents who have some kind of unclaimed money or property. Hough was one of many Department Heads who attended the first Joint City-County Budget Open House at the County Annex.
