OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Sheila Guyle, 53, Pomona, took her son Phillip Guyle Jr., 17, to Ransom Memorial Hospital after he was hit on the head with a ceramic pot during an argument Wednesday with his brother. The sheriff’s office said the mother smacked him on the head with the pot. The case has been forwarded to the county attorney’s office.
