OTTAWA= You could have unclaimed property and have not a clue. Franklin County Treasurer Debbie Huff took it upon herself to compile a list of unclaimed property in Franklin County and that list amounted to a full 128 pages long . Franklin County Administrator Lisa Johnson was impressed with Huff’s work.
“She really is to be commended,” Johnson said. “It was a really wonderful creative idea.”
