PAOLA — Miami County 4Hers bring in their fair entries today and judging begins this morning and continues through Tuesday at the fairgrounds in Paola. Open class exhibits open Tuesday night and judging begin Wednesday, said Miami County Extension’s Diane Burnett, who is also in charge of the open classes. The open-class exhibits have been moved from Fair Building No. 2 to Fair Building No. 4, she said. The vendors will move to 2. “We’re trying to switch places and spread things out a bit and try something new,” Burnett said. This afternoon and evening, the kiddie tractor pull and the celebrity pie-baking contest is on the calendar for the fair.
