TOPEKA — A federal grand jury has indicted two Mexican men accused of operating a large marijuana farm along U.S. 75 north of Lyndon in Osage County. U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Macelo Parra-Ocmo, 42, and Ernesto Duenas-Aceon, 20, are charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute about 6,000 marijuana plants. Law officers raided the farm last month.
