PAOLA — Today’s events at the Miami County Fair in Paola includes the 4-H clowning show and a dog show this afternoon. The Paola High School Panther robotics team will show off their robot Dave this afternoon at 12:30 in Building Number 4. The fair queen and princess will be crowned tonight at 7. That will be followed by the first night of the Miami County Fair rodeo tonight at 7:30. At Friday morning’s Learning Corner at 10 – “Take your Digital Photos from Ordinary to Extraordinary,” by Kathy Goul, Creative Memories; and at 11, “Soy and Legumes – It’s What’s for Breakfast’(and Lunch and Dinner,” by Gerry Buehler, Johnson County Extension Master Food Volunteer.
