OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said it is investigating two business burglaries. A 57-year-old Missouri man reported concrete forms were stolen from his building in the 300 block of West A Street in Pomona Tuesday. A shop in the 100 block of West Central in Richmond was burglarized Tuesday and a set of tools was stolen. The loss was estimated at $1,000.
