OSAWATOMIE — Henry Boedicke, 74, Osawatomie had a gift for his wife Deana, who was in the hospital recovering from hip surgery, but it wasn’t quite what he had hoped it would be. He won $10,000 by matching all but one of the numbers in last week’s Powerball drawing. His wife appreciated it any way.
