Once a criminal, always a criminal? Timothy Glen Caskey would prove that statement true. Caskey is wanted in the abuduction of his estranged wife in Minnesota and is suspected to be tied to the Great Southern Bank Robbery. Kidnapping his wife wouldn’t be Caskey’s first run-in with the law as he was serving time and released from the big house for violating a protection order the wife had filed. Caskey didn’t leave the jailhouse a changed man, though, as he almost immediately made harrassing calls to his wife, then hours later, drove an hour from Minnesota towns, Duluth to Virginia, and kidnapped her. If indeed the same man, the very next day would have put the two in Ottawa. The couple was last spotted in New Braunfels,TX, where the suspect took a 1998 Chevy z71 extended cab pickup truck on a permanent test drive. The FBI is concerned mostly about the wife right now and thinks Caskey is headed to Mexico, where he has been picked-up before after a previous law violation. The FBI has posted a $5000 reward for information that leads to his arrest.
