FRANKLIN COUNTY- Franklin County’s Planning Department knew that Extreme Makeover: Home Edition was coming to town and had to work extra hard to keep mum. Gina Hill’s mom works in the department and Franklin County Planning and Building Director Larry Walrod said it was all the office could do to keep her from finding out about the project.
“There were a lot of unique things with this, but that was certainly one that was difficult to work around sometimes,” he said.
Walrod said the department was notified about the project about a month ago.
