IOLA — Five people received a variety of injuries as a result of a two-vehicle crash Sunday evening north of Iola. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Ami Goldner, 46, Kincaid was going west on West Virginia Road when she went through a stop sign on Allen County Road 1400. She broad-sided a pickup truck driven by Beth Russell, 47, Blue Mound, troopers said. Both drivers were taken to Allen County Hospital in Iola. Two passengers in Goldner’s mini-van, Kahloey Valentine, 3, Ramona, and Karen Strunk, 5, Iola; were also taken to Allen County Hospital. Another passenger, Stephanie Goldner, 26, Iola; was injured and taken to Overland Park Regional Hospital.
