GARNETT — A Garnett man who was the blamer ended up the blamee in a domestic disturbance last month in Garnett. Brian Jones, 37, faces charges for attempted manslaughter, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and making a false report to a law enforcement officer in connection with the disturbance. Anderson County Attorney Fred Campbell told the Anderson County Review that Jones reported he was the victim in the incident. However, Campbell said investigators believe that Jones held a gun to the head of another man during the disturbance and pulled the trigger, and pointed the gun at another man.
