OTTAWA — Although Ottawa doesn’t have a municipal gas utility, Ottawa utility director Jim Bradley has been named to the board of the Kansas Municipal Gas Association. The city is a member of the group because the city power plant is a major buyer of natural gas. City commissioners ratified Bradley’s appointment Monday.
