OTTAWA — Seventh Street from Tremont to Maple will remain closed for most of the evening as gas-utility crews try to stop a major natural gas leak. The Ottawa Fire Department said a contractor using a backhoe cut into a four-inch gas line in the area this afternoon. No one was injured.
