WELLSVILLE-A Wellsville man has received an early promotion from navy boot camp. Navy Seaman James Broshear was recently promoted to his current rank upon graduation from Recruit Training at Great Lakes Illinois. Broshear received the early promotion for outstanding performance during all phases of the trainig cycle. He is the son of Jane T. and Micheal G. Broshear of Wellsville.
