OTTAWA- The wild winds that hit Franklin County last night left a bit of a mess around town. The limbs that have fallen from trees will be collected by the Public Works Department beginning Monday the 29th, and a final pass through is scheduled for the week following Labor Day. Crews have asked that the limbs be stacked curbside and parallel to the street.
